We are delighted to announce that the annual DCUtv 24-Hour Charity Broadcast will be returning this year on the 4th and 5th of December in aid of Focus Ireland.

The Broadcast is a 24-hour long DCUtv marathon that is organised, produced, recorded, and hosted solely by students and MPS members in their free time. The Broadcast consists of a wide variety of high-quality student-made content broadcast live and uninterrupted from Dublin City University for 24 consecutive hours.

The 2024 Broadcast will be held in aid of Focus Ireland, an amazing charity that provides services for people who are homeless and people at risk of homelessness in Ireland. All of us here at MPS believe that the work done by Focus Ireland is invaluable and we really want to help raise awareness of their campaigns and services while also raising as much money as possible for this wonderful cause.

Last year, we successfully raised more than €13,000 for our charity partner Jack and Jill. However, our aspiration for this year’s event in support of Focus Ireland is to surpass that achievement and raise more money than we ever have before. In order to reach this ambitious target, we are reliant on the generous support and assistance of our community and sponsors.
